Position Overview:
As a Remote Virtual Assistant specializing in cold calling, you will play a pivotal role in generating leads and securing meetings with potential clients. You will be responsible for leveraging provided lead lists, employing effective communication strategies, and representing our company in a professional manner to schedule appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities
? Utilize provided lead lists to make outbound cold calls to potential clients.
? Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and qualify them as potential leads and book meetings with them.
? Follow up with the clients for the appointments.
? Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services and overcome objections to secure appointments for our sales team.
? Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments scheduled using CRM software.
? Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Qualifications
? Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with prospects.
? Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
? Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
? Proficiency in using cold email & cold calling software (e.g., smartlead.ai, GoHighLevel) preferred.
? Reliable internet connection and comfortable working remotely.
? Available to work 30-36 hours per week
