Responsibilities
? Coach and mentor team members, currently consisting of 2-4 members.

? Meet weekly with team members to discuss their needs and client progress.

? Onboard new team members to ensure they understand processes and feel comfortable working with clients.

? Monitor service delivery by the team to meet client standards.

? Provide training tailored to individual team members.

? Maintain expert knowledge in QuickBooks and related applications.

? Deliver client services focusing on consulting, QuickBooks setup, and problem-solving.

? Communicate educational and training needs to the team.

? Research solutions to address client and team needs.

? Attend 2-3 meetings weekly, including strategy sessions with leadership.
Requirements
? Expert knowledge of QuickBooks with 10 years of experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.

? Ability to read and interpret financial information accurately.

? Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows.
