Responsibilities: Field Sales Representatives play a role in expanding our network of retail accounts and driving growth in existing accounts. Key responsibilities include: ? Increasing distribution of our partner products by securing new, strategic on and off-premise accounts. ? Managing relationships with existing retail accounts to drive volume, monitor pricing, and ensure proper product merchandising in collaboration with our merchant partners. ? Conducting weekly visits to retail locations for prospecting, selling, and managing all field sales marketing material. ? Developing and improving account velocity through building displays, sampling, and educating retail employees. ? Keeping a vigilant eye on market and competitor trends, and providing strategic feedback to enhance our ability to meet customer needs. Qualifications: To be considered, candidates must possess: ? Relevant experience in field sales, convenience/grocery store sales, beverage sales, food, or nicotine sales industry. ? Strong network of relationships with independent retail stores. ?
