What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean store environment
• Accurately process customer purchases and returns according to established procedures
• Support and promote credit and loyalty programs
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor
• Participate in store recovery and uphold cleanliness standards throughout the store

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Capability to multi-task and respond to changes in direction
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
