Key Responsibilities
? Manage and update logistics data for assigned vendors with precision and timeliness.
? Identify and resolve any vendor or local delivery challenges that may arise.
? Proactively communicate with vendors to address issues and modify delivery schedules as required.
? Escalate complex problems to supervisors for resolution when necessary.
? Collaborate with various teams to rectify inaccurate merchant data and ensure consistency.
? Collect item-level data from merchants and align it with internal item numbers and descriptions.

Qualifications
