What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Respond to customer inquiries with courtesy and professionalism via phone and other channels
? Clarify customer needs, answer inquiries, and assist in resolving concerns
? Maintain a high level of knowledge about water and wastewater utility operations
? Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
? Continuously improve skills in customer service and communication

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a related customer service environment
? High school diploma or state-recognized Educational Equivalency Certificate
? Strong organizational and communication skills
? Proficient typing and personal computing skills
? Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience in a call center environment
? Familiarity with customer service techniques, including empathy and relationship building
? Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
