Key Responsibilities
? Accurately input and transcribe text and numeric data from various sources into electronic systems.
? Perform regular quality assurance checks to identify and rectify inaccuracies in data entry.

? Follow established data processing protocols and maintain confidentiality standards.
? Organize and manage document storage for source materials and resources.
? Achieve daily targets for data entry output and efficiency.
? Support general office activities such as photocopying, faxing, and document management as required.

Required Skills
? Basic proficiency in computer applications; familiarity with Microsoft Office and data transcription tools is advantageous.
? Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
? Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
? Previous experience in data entry, customer service, sales, or appointment scheduling is preferred.

Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent is essential.
? Some prior experience in relevant fields is preferred.
