What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Handle incoming calls in a Call Center environment while maintaining 93% availability
? Greet patients, collect co-pays, and schedule follow-up appointments and referrals
? Support departmental clerical duties and ensure quality service to patients
? Provide timely and courteous assistance to patients requesting care
? Assist with maintaining patient confidentiality and good patient relations

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of 6 months related experience
? Accurate computer and keyboarding skills
? Knowledge of age-related growth and development principles
? Proficiency in operating telephone systems, PCs, printers, photo copiers, and fax machines
? Ability to work in a fast-paced and structured environment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Some medical background preferred
? Strong verbal and written communication skills
? Knowledge of medical terminology desirable
? Sensitivity in human relations and customer service skills
? Comfort in asking patients for co-pays and race collection
