Job Title: Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to UPS customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that all customers have a positive experience with our services. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. ? Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. ? Provide accurate information about UPS products and services. ? Process orders and track shipments. ? Collaborate with other team members to enhance the customer experience. ? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UPS policies and procedures.

Requirements: ? High school diploma or equivalent (Associate?s or Bachelor?s degree preferred). ? At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ? Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. ? Proficient in using computers and various software applications. ? Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace. ? Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. ? Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications: ? Experience in the logistics or shipping industry. ? Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems. ? Multilingual abilities. ? Previous remote work experience.
