Job Responsibilities
? Assist customers with ticketing and reservations
? Provide information about flight schedules, fares, and policies
? Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
? Ensure compliance with all airline policies and regulations
? Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth airport operations
? Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors and passengers with disabilities

Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
? Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline industry
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure
? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
? Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly
? Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
? Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred Skills
? Fluency in multiple languages
? Experience with airline reservation systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus)
