What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Build, implement, and manage image preprocessing, segmentation, and annotation workflows for multiple research projects
? Develop algorithms and statistical models, performing analyses appropriate to data and reporting requirements
? Employ tools to interpret, analyze, and visualize multivariate relationships in data
? Prepare detailed reports and documentation to communicate image processing pipelines to stakeholders
? Collaborate with internal and external partners on data collection and analysis methods

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of 10 years of related experience preferred
? Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree required in Life Science, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or Physics
? Experience in developing and implementing machine learning algorithms for image segmentation and predictive modeling
? Expertise in image preprocessing and segmentation for biomarker extraction, specifically radiomic feature extraction
? Experience with shell scripting for automating workflows and managing data processing tasks

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience integrating Python-based image processing and analysis pipelines with MiM or similar platforms
? Experience developing neural network models and applying principal component analysis (PCA) and elastic net regularization techniques
