What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Initiate title orders and perform tasks related to title operations
? Enter, update, research, verify, and retrieve data into/from various systems
? Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information recorded
? Provide assistance and training to employees and new order entry operators
? Track documents received and completion dates while ensuring compliance with regulations

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
? Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
? Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
? Ability to deliver superior customer service
? Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience in data entry or title operations would be advantageous
? Familiarity with regulatory compliance in title operations
