What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Respond to internal and external customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via chat, email, or phone
? Manage client incidents and requests through to resolution
? Provide first-line diagnostic and troubleshooting support as well as technical expertise
? Drive customer adoption and support ad-hoc training
? Prepare FAQs, upgrade notes, articles in the Knowledge Base, and document support related to processes and activities

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
? Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
? Exceptional phone and listening skills
? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
? Proven ability to manage customer inquiries and provide solutions

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience in a customer support role or similar environment
? Familiarity with technical troubleshooting and diagnostic tools
? Knowledge of creating and managing documentation for support processes
