Job Description
Amazon Inc. is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Solutions Specialist to join our team in California. As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you will provide comprehensive support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any inquiries or issues they may have with our products or services. This role is crucial for maintaining the high standards of service our customers expect and rely on.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers accurately
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the customer experience
Educational Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
