Working remotely or from our office, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing technical and customer service support through chat communications. Job Responsibilities: ? Responding promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries through the chat platform. ? Identifying and evaluating customers' needs to deliver appropriate assistance and solutions. ? Maintaining a detailed record of customer interactions and categorizing issues for future troubleshooting. ? Working closely with other team members to deliver consistent and high-quality customer support.

Desired Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent required. ? Excellent written communication and comprehension skills. ? Proficiency in using computer systems, with a special emphasis on chat and customer service platforms. ? Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach. ? Able to manage several tasks concurrently, handling pressure and rapidly changing circumstances well.
