Call Center Representative

We are looking for a Call Center Representative for our client in Dublin! You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to members of the organization.

Position Details:
? Direct Hire Opportunity
? $17-$20/hour
? Schedule: Flexibility required to cover weekday shifts between 8AM and 6PM and rotating Saturdays 9AM to 1PM

Key Responsibilities: ? Serve as the primary point of contact for members and respond to inquiries in a timely manner ? Identify and troubleshoot member issues, and work collaboratively with other departments to resolve problems and ensure member satisfaction ? Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records in the organization's database ? Monitor member feedback and report trends and issues to senior management ? Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent ? 2+ years of experience in customer service ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ? Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with databases and CRM systems ? Knowledge of membership management best practices and trends ? Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
