Responsibilities Make outbound calls to financial institutions to confirm and update the status of account transfer requests Document all interactions and updates accurately in internal systems Escalate issues or delays to the appropriate team for resolution Maintain professionalism and adhere to compliance standards during all communications Skills Strong verbal communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Completed Post Secondary Education or equivalent work experience Previous experience in financial services or call center environment is an asset Company Overview Fidelity Canada is a provider of financial services.
