You will deliver friendly and efficient customer service, perform safety demonstrations, respond to passenger needs, handle inflight challenges with grace and authority, and collaborate with pilots and fellow crew members to create a seamless travel experience. All new Flight Attendants undergo paid training at the American Airlines Training and Conference Center in Fort Worth, Texas, where they receive industry-leading instruction in safety, service, first aid, cultural awareness, and crisis management. Upon graduation, attendants are assigned to a crew base such as Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), where they begin their journey with one of the most dynamic airlines in the world.
