What you will do • You will develop high-quality technical documentation, including user documentation, API documentation, release notes, and troubleshooting topics, reporting to the VP, Product Management, Platform Services & Monitor. • You will work with different teams to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation. • You will translate complex technical concepts into clear, and accessible content for a range of audiences, including developers, system administrators, and security professionals. • You will participate in product planning and design discussions to advocate for documentation best practices and ensure documentation requirements are considered early in the development process. • You will improve documentation processes to refine content creation, review, and publication workflows. • You will stay informed about industry trends and best practices in technical writing, documentation tools, and information architecture. What you will bring with you • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Communication, English, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the software industry. • Proficiency in documentation tools such as Markdown and version control systems (GitHub). • Experience with the docs-as-code workflow. • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (such as GCP, AWS, and Azure) and containerization technologies (such as Docker, Kubernetes). • Ability to use AI/ML tools • Familiarity with CSS and Python scripting would be a plus What we look for • Proven ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them to diverse audiences. • Strong problem-solving skills to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into user-friendly documentation.
