Senior Security Engineer- Network Security

Monitor and analyze network traffic to identify and mitigate potential security risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all security measures are implemented and maintained. Stay updated on the latest security trends and make recommendations for improvement. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards. Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines. Act as a subject matter expert on network security for the company, providing guidance and training to other team members. Respond to security incidents in a timely and effective manner. Work closely with vendors and third-party partners to ensure proper security protocols are in place. Conduct security awareness training for employees to promote a culture of security within the company. Provide regular reports and updates on the status of network security to senior management. Identify and implement new technologies and processes to improve network security. Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Mentor and coach junior security engineers to develop their skills and knowledge. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to network security.
