Discover the Benefits: Team member mortgage loan program and down payment assistance program Student Debt Repayment program Tuition reimbursement Paid time off and paid holidays Market-based health insurance for medical, dental, and vision Flexible spending accounts for eligible childcare expenses arenaflex Climbers: an in-house program with built-in career advancement pathways Your Typical Day: As a Customer Service Associate I, you'll be responsible for: Answering 40-50 inbound/outbound (dialer) calls a day Assisting customers with payment options, escrow items, and general mortgage information Discussing arenaflex customer benefits like Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR Assisting customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you'll need: 6 months or more of customer service experience 6 months or more of call center experience Additional Details: * Hourly rate: $15.00 an hour * Eligible for monthly bonus and incentive rewards * Must reside within 60 miles from office location * Comprehensive 6-week paid virtual training – equipment is provided * Attendance is required for the first 90 days of training * Hours of Operations: Monday – Thursday 7am – 8pm; Friday 7am – 7pm; and Saturday 8am – 12pm * Work schedule after training will align with these business hours Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At arenaflex, we're committed to helping you grow and develop your skills.
