Reporting Analyst - Remote in California

About the position Responsibilities • Exhibit superior customer service behavior and communication skills. • Data mine, import, export, and integrate data between multiple systems. • Compile and consolidate spreadsheets and databases, drawing charts and graphs into reports for management decision-making. • Develop actionable reports for internal clients using various reporting and query tools, especially MS-SQL and Reporting Services. • Identify critical areas of the data structure and recommend improvements to existing reports and reporting processes. • Document data systems and processes. • Use, protect, and disclose HCP patients' protected health information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards. • Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements • High School Diploma/GED (or higher). • 1+ years of analytical experience. • 1+ years of Microsoft Excel experience. Nice-to-haves • Computer literate. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint). • Proficient with spreadsheet or database development. • Strong reporting skills and report design experience using reporting applications such as Microsoft Reporting Services. • Understanding of relational databases and data warehousing. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines with minimal supervision. • Strong analytical, problem solving, planning and prioritization skills. • Customer service oriented. • Ethical and professional business behavior with an ability to maintain confidentiality. • Self-motivated and self-directed to work within a team and/or independently. • Extremely detail-oriented in verifying own work as well as the work of others. • Ability to interact and build good rapport with all levels of the organization.
