[Remote] Veterinary Receptionist, Spanish speaker Bilingual - Virtual

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Petfolk is transforming pet care and improving the health and happiness of pets, pet parents, and veterinary caregivers. They are seeking a Virtual Customer Support team member who will ensure high-quality patient care and exceptional customer experience while assisting the team in meeting the goals of the pet care center. Responsibilities • Responsible for answering calls, texts, and emails for all basic inquiries. (Booking appointments, directions, general questions). This position will not be required to answer any medical questions • Transfer all medical questions to TeleAdvice Support team members. Skills • Bilingual (English & Spanish) required • 1 year Veterinary reception, front desk, client service representative, customer care position experience required • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods at a time • Expected to have a home office or quiet space free from noise or distractions in your home • Expected to be at a desk, ready to engage with a customer during entire shift • Must have high speed reliable internet • Must be willing to work weekend shifts • Must be willing to work EST time zone between the hours of 8am-9pm • Must live in one of the following states: AZ, FL, GA, NY, NC, SC, TN, KS, MO, VA, IN or TX • Vetspire experience • Gladly experience Benefits • Medical, Dental and Visual Health Plans available • Generous Paid Time Off • 401(k) with Company Matching • Equity Compensation for all employees Company Overview • Petfolk provides modern veterinary care through in-person and virtual services.
