They are seeking a Customer Success Manager to uncover growth opportunities among current clients, ensuring successful product usage, customer retention, and overall satisfaction. Responsibilities • Collaborate with the sales and support team to guarantee a seamless transition and onboarding process for new clients • Effortlessly manage the entire sales process to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities within existing accounts • Analyze usage patterns to identify potential renewal challenges and enhance user engagement • Focus on the highest retention for existing logos • Expand business development globally • Collaborate with the engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive operations • Build trusting relationships with clients to benefit both parties • Conduct demos and PoCs with our Tech team representatives • Measure, analyze, and improve sales metrics Skills • You are a highly motivated and attentive to detail communicator, excelling in building lasting relationships • You have 3+ years of Enterprise Customer Success B2B experience in open-source/open-core/freemium companies • You are focused on delivering superior value with a customer-focused mindset • You are skilled in negotiating contracts independently, enhancing upselling and cross-selling chances • You are capable of adapting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change • You are experienced in carrying a quota, with a proven track record of success • Experience in NoSQL data technologies or other modern data platforms • Experience in selling enterprise management solutions (Systems Management, Cloud Management, log analytics, APM, Network Monitoring) Benefits • Good salary and bonuses • Remote work model • Flexible working hours Company Overview • We make monitoring simple & reliable for everyone - with open source time series database & monitoring solutions It was founded in 2018, and is headquartered in San Francisco, California, USA, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
