[Remote] Enterprise Account Executive, SaaS for Market Research

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Higher Research Recruiting is seeking experienced Enterprise Account Executives for a client who is a leader in user and market research. The role involves driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the enterprise market segments while collaborating with a team of Customer Success Managers and Solution Engineers. Responsibilities • Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within the designated account • Manage the end to end sales process • Understand market research initiatives to gather insights on industry trends, customer preferences and competitive positioning • Lead solution discovery sessions with enterprise clients to understand their pain points and goals, positioning our SaaS offerings as solutions that deliver measurable values • Maintain a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation while being able to generate short term results • Manage contract negotiations and renewal processes with enterprise clients, working closely with legal and finance teams while adhering to company policies and objectives Skills • 5-7 Years of experience in quota-carrying software or technology sales and account management experience • Direct experience and success selling technology to enable market research and / or UX research • Successful history of net new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against revenue targets in the SaaS/technology sector • Experience managing the sales cycle from prospect to close • Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles and demonstrated ownership of all aspects of account management • Previous Sales Methodology training (MEDDICC), Sales Navigator & CRM experience • University Degree • Direct experience selling community, social, CRM or customer feedback platforms is desirable Company Overview • HIGHER is a unique recruiting agency, specializing in market research and market research based consulting.
