Transactional funding, fix and flip or 30 day wholesale money. We have been involved in over 280 Flips over the past 23 years. Summary Homeless 2 Homeownership is seeking a Real Estate Joint Venture Partner with expertise in wholesale real estate to join our dynamic team in the United States. This role is vital in expanding our community development initiatives by identifying and facilitating real estate opportunities that align with our mission. The position is based in the United States and offers a chance to make a meaningful impact on vulnerable populations. Responsibilities 'Hope' is looking for a dedicated Real Estate Joint Venture Partner who will: we have access to distressed, REO and Off-market properties via our not-4-profit status • Identify potential real estate investment opportunities for wholesale using our access. • Negotiate and structure joint venture agreements with property owners and investors. • Collaborate with legal and financial teams to ensure compliance and optimal deal structuring. • Support the acquisition process through due diligence and market analysis. • Contribute to strategic planning for real estate projects that serve at-risk populations. • Foster relationships with community stakeholders, investors. • Assist in managing property portfolios post-acquisition to ensure community benefits are maximized.
