Real Estate Agent Responsibilities: • Nurturing company provided leads and prospect new lead generation through in person meetings, phone calls, social media, and open houses • Working closely with buyers and sellers to lead the sales transaction • Negotiating contracts and handling client issues Real Estate Agent Qualifications: • You should have an engaging personality & great attitude • Be personable, honest, and interested in helping others • Highly organized with attention to detail and comfortable with technology • Self-motivated, driven, and smart • Desire to learn new skills • You must have an active real estate license to work as a real estate agent for any brokerage in the state.
