Paid Media Manager

Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Media Manager with proven expertise in Meta Ads. This role requires hands-on experience managing large-scale ad campaigns, understanding performance optimization at a granular level, and building campaign strategies tailored for eCommerce and lead generation. The candidate must have experience working with US-based companies, and managing ad-spend of atleast $2000/day. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a focus on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). Proven success managing daily budgets up to $2,000 for U.S.-based clients in both eCommerce and lead generation. Deep understanding of Meta’s evolving campaign structures including ASC, ABO, CBO, and Andromeda. Ability to optimize for scale using lookalikes, custom audiences, and storytelling-focused creative. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and identify growth opportunities. Fluent in English, with excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing ad spends of $5,000+ /day for U.S. clients. Background in international digital agencies serving U.S. or global markets. Proficiency across additional channels such as Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube. Familiarity with TikTok Shop setup and how it integrates with full-funnel paid strategy. Experience with creative direction and cross-functional marketing teams. Contract Details Remote contractor position with expected full-time availability.
