What you’ll be working on Join Arya, a well-funded early-stage startup dedicated to creating a data-driven subscription service aimed at enhancing couples’ intimacy and nurturing healthier relationships. Our mission is centered on destigmatizing conversations about Couples Wellness and positioning it as a cornerstone of the growing trillion-dollar consumer wellness market. • The Couples' Arya journey is underpinned by scientific research and powered by thousands of data points gathered from users and couples similar to them. Our digital guide takes the form of a chat-based concierge, delivering meticulously curated content designed to inspire and guide partners in breaking away from their daily routines. Each month, the content centers around a specific activity that couples can enjoy together, typically in the comfort of their own homes. Upon completing the digital journey, the Arya concierge facilitated eCommerce capability, allowing users to conveniently order essential items for each activity, delivered to their doorstep via the Arya Box. At the end of each month, we gather additional data to refine the Arya concierge's algorithm and curate the next chapter in the couples' journey. Lastly, it's important to note that intimacy holds different meanings for different individuals. For some, it involves nurturing a deeper emotional connection, while for others, it means cultivating a more satisfying and adventurous sex life. Remarkably, the Arya journey is designed to support both aspects. Our ultimate goal is to empower couples to lead more fulfilling lives, both within and beyond the bedroom.* Arya has dedicated the past 18 months to developing a highly successful low-code pilot, which has already attracted thousands of paying customers. We are now looking for YOU to build our engineering org and spearhead the creation of our GA product: a consumer digital experience and scalable backend system, building upon the solid track record of our pilot. This role will lead the creation of an engaging consumer product while maintaining our customer obsession and commitment to rapid iteration, experimentation, and validation using no-code tools.
