Junior Marketing Operations Specialist

The Jr Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the health, efficiency, and scalability of the marketing technology stack and data infrastructure. This position drives accurate campaign execution, effective lead flow, and reliable reporting by maintaining data integrity across core platforms. The specialist acts as the Tier 1 support for MarTech tools and focuses heavily on data hygiene, process optimization, and operational support for the Business Development Representative (BDR) team. Responsibilities • Proactively monitor, clean, and standardize marketing and sales data within the CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) to maintain health and compliance (e.g., GDPR/CCPA). • Maintain and troubleshoot data mapping between the MAP and CRM, including managing and optimizing third-party data enrichment services (e.g., ZoomInfo, Clearbit). • Optimize lead management processes for the BDR team, including routing, assignment, queue management, and monitoring/reporting on lead Service Level Agreements (SLAs). • Manage day-to-day operations and governance of the MAP, including user permissions, list segmentation, and providing technical setup/QA for marketing campaigns (forms, landing pages, tracking parameters). QualificationsMinimum Qualifications • 1+ year of professional experience in a Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analyst role. • Direct, hands-on experience with a leading Marketing Automation Platform (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar). • Foundational knowledge and experience working with a major CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics). • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain clear, concise documentation (SOPs, cheat sheets, training materials) for technical processes. Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience supporting a BDR (Business Development Representative) or Sales Development function, specifically optimizing lead routing and SLA monitoring. • Experience managing and optimizing third-party data enrichment services (e.g., ZoomInfo, Clearbit). • Direct experience ensuring data compliance with privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). • Prior experience in a B2B SaaS or Cybersecurity environment. • Proven ability to conduct rigorous QA testing on campaign components (forms, landing pages, email sends) before deployment. • Experience acting as Tier 1 support for marketing and sales users regarding MarTech tool functionality. #LI-LW1 #LI-REMOTE Axonius is committed to fair and equitable compensation packages.
