Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth within government sectors; Identify and engage potential government clients and key stakeholders to present Tenchi's solutions; Conduct market research to understand government trends and requirements in cybersecurity; Manage relationships with current government clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling; Prepare proposals and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) tailored to government needs; Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote Tenchi's products; Collaborate with marketing teams to create sales materials and campaigns targeting government clients; Meet or exceed established sales targets and provide ongoing reporting on sales performance. Requirements What do you need to know? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in the cybersecurity or tech industry; Previous experience selling to government clients or understanding government procurement processes; Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and their relevance to government agencies; Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment; Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities; Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus. Great if you have: Experience working with government procurement regulations and compliance standards; Established contacts within government agencies and a network of industry-related connections; Knowledge of contract negotiation and proposal writing; Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
