About the position The Route Sales Representative is a full-time role responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising Frito-Lay's extensive product line to various local stores. This position involves driving a Frito-Lay truck, working independently to manage orders, and collaborating with store managers to boost sales. The role includes a comprehensive training program and offers a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities ? Deliver and sell Frito-Lay products to local stores including gas stations and grocery stores. , ? Unloading orders and merchandising products at each stop. , ? Partner with store managers to increase sales and maintain product displays. , ? Manage records and orders throughout the day. , ? Build relationships with customers to grow sales on the route. Requirements ? Must be 21 years of age or older. , ? Valid driver's license with proof of insurance. , ? Ability to obtain any additional licenses or endorsements required by the state. , ? Ability to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation. , ? Pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification.
