Our company is changing how auto appearance businesses grow — blending next-gen AI with street-level strategy to help detailers, tint shops, wrap installers, and more scale with real results. We’re hiring independent, phone-savvy reps who know the auto world and can hold a real conversation with business owners. You’ll be cold calling auto appearance shops across the U.S., introducing them to our free trial program, and booking qualified appointments - no selling, no presentations, no Zooms required. What You’ll Do (as a 1099 contractor): • Call businesses (detailing, tint, wrap, coatings, etc.) using our tools and scripts • Introduce shop owners to our free trial and additional low-friction sales pitches • Ask simple qualifying questions and book them into our calendar • No sales calls, no video - just phone outreach and appointment setting • Track conversations and update lead statuses in our CRM • Work when you want - as long as you hit your outreach goals • Earn commission when the leads you book become paying clients What You Get: • $100–$500 per closed deal, depending on the size of their monthly plan • Residual ongoing monthly commissions on monthly subscriptions from the clients you helped bring in • Paid 30 days after the client signs up for a paid monthly plan and stays active • Sales scripts, training, tools, and live support • Bonuses and incentives for hitting 30/60/90-day performance milestones • Mentorship from the founder, 1-on-1 training, and access to internal team tools • Future opportunity to grow into a closer, strategist, or team lead role • Our current conversion rate is extremely high for reps who consistently call What We Do Different: • We don’t just sell - we offer exclusive perks to help you book calls: reps can offer free physical products from our in-house supply warehouse • We are not a cookie-cutter agency — all our tools are built in-house and custom to our industry • You’ll be able to pitch multiple value-driven programs, not just one offer, many of which are free to the client to get started [we will help transition 'free accounts' to 'paid accounts'] Requirements: • 1099 contractor status (U.S. preferred, but remote eligible) • A phone and quiet space to make outbound calls • Earbuds or headset recommended • Familiarity with the auto appearance space: detailing, tint, wrap, coatings, etc. • Preference given to those with real-world detailing or shop experience • Strong communication skills and ability to follow a script • Able to meet basic activity benchmarks monthly (you set the hours) Who You Are: • A car enthusiast who knows the lingo • You’ve detailed or worked around shops - even if it was weekends or part-time • You want remote, flexible work that actually pays • You know how to hold a real conversation • You’re ready to be part of a team building something real This Role Is NOT: • A salaried or hourly position • A good fit if you’re unfamiliar with the auto industry • Right for someone who isn’t confident on the phone or self-motivated Job Type: Contract Pay: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Work from home Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
