The E-commerce Sales Specialist will handle customer inquiries via Chat on Jordans.com. They will also help answer questions related to a purchase or products on the sales floor and internet. This part-time position is based out of our Avon, MA store working the schedule of Thursday, Friday and Saturday; 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with flexibility to work Sundays as needed with potential for a remote/hybrid schedule after training. Unique Culture Employee Discount Responsibilities What you'll do: Assist online customers with the selection and purchase of merchandise while maintaining the best shopping experience for our customers. Assists and guides customers shopping and seeking information on Jordans.com using chat, video chat, email, and voice technologies ensuring an exceptional customer experience within the EXCEL principles Triages customers that need assistance from our Call Center Takes incoming calls from customers and works to troubleshoot and resolve low- and high-level issues Processes sales orders in an accurate and timely manner; providing relevant info to customers: product care and expectations; warranty parameters, delivery services, etc. Responds to customer inquiries submitted to the Jordan’s Furniture website and social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter) Qualifications Who you are: 1-2 years prior sales experience or customer service experience Strong computer proficiency Strong interpersonal skills Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English Strong written and oral communication skills Jordan's Furniture is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer #INDT Expected salary : Location : Avon, MA Apply for the job now!
