Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and partners, enhancing the positioning of our products and services. Identify and pursue strategic opportunities to expand our business lines. Nurture and grow a profitable book of business through proactive account planning and renewal strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and key issues are addressed. What you'll bring: Proven experience in Sales and Service, with a strong focus on Account Management. Experience conducting complex client conversations. Demonstrated success in sales negotiation, support, and reporting. Experience with self-funded/stop-loss products within Sales and Service. Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
