What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Process incoming orders and resolve customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
? Utilize SAP and other customer support tools to ensure inquiries are addressed efficiently
? Maintain high service standards by performing against department scorecards and metrics
? Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention
? Suggest alternatives for out-of-stock items and keep customers informed about available deals

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school diploma or equivalent required
? Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs
? Must possess verbal and written communication skills, using diplomacy and discretion
? Ability to multi-task and work independently or as part of a team
? Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Bachelor?s degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
? 1-2 years of previous experience in a customer service role
? Experience in the consumer products or distribution industry
