What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Assist patients during the on-site registration and arrival process for scheduled and unscheduled visits
• Collect accurate demographic and insurance information, as well as patient liability at the time of service
• Perform financial clearance functions on assigned scheduled accounts during registration downtimes
• Greet and serve patients and internal team members in a professional and respectful manner
• Handle a high volume of calls and urgent requests while maintaining confidentiality

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1-2 years prior registration experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and maintain strict confidentiality

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Certification as a Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) preferred
• Functional computer skills with comfort using various programs and excellent typing abilities
