Employment Type: Full-time, 1099 Independent Contractor (35-40 hours/week)

We are working with a school district in Maryland who has multiple remote Special Education needs. These positions within the district are diverse, however each position will include the following general Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

? Develop and implement personalized Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

? Conduct virtual assessments and track student progress

? Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and specialists

? Deliver specialized instruction through online platforms

? Maintain accurate and up-to-date educational records

? Engage in virtual team meetings and professional development

Qualifications:

? Master's degree in Special Education or related field (required)

? Active state licensure in Special Education (required)

? Proficiency in digital teaching tools and platforms

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills

? Ability to create engaging online learning experiences

? Flexibility and strong problem-solving abilities
