Location: Tucson, AZ (Remote Opportunity)

Pay Rate: $40-45 Per Hour on W2 basis

Job Responsibilities

?Grow Your Skills by Working with Industry Leaders?
? Develop customer-centered, performance-based content.
? Design content that offers relevant practice and encourages feedback.
? Leverage up-to-date knowledge and skills in content creation.
? Utilize expert resources and feedback to enhance training materials.
? Manage projects efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve targeted outcomes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: ? Undergraduate degree in instructional design technology, education, communication, English, technical writing, or any discipline requiring mastery of written communication skills or equivalent experience preferred. ? Demonstrated experience in adult learning theory and performance-based learning. ?... Proficient in the ADDIE process. ? Proficient in developing both Instructor-led and Web-based training using a variety of software tools. ? Proficient in Google Workspaces, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. ? Proficient with Articulate, Camtasia, and InDesign.
