Job Description :
As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative at FedEx, you will provide remote support to customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues through phone, email, and chat.
You will ensure that customers receive timely and accurate information about their shipments, supporting FedEx?s commitment to excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
? Provide information about shipping services, rates, and delivery times.
? Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
? Process orders, track shipments, and handle returns.
? Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
? Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
? Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues.
Qualifications :
? Previous customer service experience preferred.
? Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
? Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
? Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
