About the position

The DVC Associate position at Disney Vacation Club involves engaging with guests at Walt Disney World to promote vacation ownership opportunities. Responsibilities
? Staff kiosks throughout the Parks & Resorts to engage with guests.

? Schedule appointments with sales team members for potential Disney Vacation Club members.

? Provide superior sales and service face-to-face and via phone calls.

? Enter data into the system of record while welcoming Disney families on vacation.

? Proactively greet guests and spark conversations about Disney and vacation possibilities.

? Influence guests to learn about Disney Vacation Club by collecting contact information.

? Inspire guests to take next steps in learning about Disney Vacation Club.

? Overcome objections and utilize persuasive skills to promote membership.

Requirements
? Experience in sales and guest interactions.
