Are you looking for a flexible, remote opportunity in real estate? We're seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Leasing Agents! While most responsibilities can be handled from home, you?ll need to be available for in-person property tours when needed.
Responsibilities: ? Respond to inquiries and provide information about available rentals. ? Schedule and conduct on-site property showings. ? Assist renters through the application and leasing process. ? Communicate effectively with tenants and property management.
Qualifications: ? Strong communication and customer service skills. ? Reliable transportation for in-person tours. ? Ability to work independently and meet goals. ? Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
Important Details:
? Commission-based role with no base salary.
? Travel expenses are not reimbursed.
? If relocating to Boston, rent and relocation expenses are not covered.
