Responsibilities: ? Provide first-class customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues with a positive, client-first approach ? Handle bookings, modifications, and requests with precision and empathy, ensuring client satisfaction ? Work closely with other departments to provide seamless service and resolve any client issues ?
