Your work is lightning fast. ? You love moving things Requirements: ? 2+ years of experience working as an operation specialist, logistics coordinator or customer success manager. ? Excellent English skills - both written and oral. ? Experience working with online tools like Google Sheets, CRM (Monday/Hubspot), Notion etc ? Experience working with the US market. ? You can work from anywhere in the world, as long as you are available during US Eastern time zone hours. ? Experience working with freight and carriers - a great plus Your responsibilities: ? Track and monitor production and shipments of orders to ensure 99% on-time delivery. ? Solve logistics and operational problems quickly and efficiently, internally and externally. ? Maintain close communication with DHL, FedEx, and other courier to actively track shipments. ? Communicate clearly and promptly with our customers and partners regarding open tickets and issues, providing coherent solutions ? Collaborate internally with our ops, sales and product team in order to automate and simplify our operations. Skills ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team ? Comfortable working asynchronously and remotely in a digital workspace ? Superb written communication skills ? All around player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multitask ?
