Healthcare Account Manager

Client relationships are our top priority. We are looking for a dedicated and client-focused account manager to maintain client accounts and serve as our main point of contact. Applicants should be proficient with audits, spreadsheets, and other productivity software. This is a full-time position with a pay range of $45-60K + commission commensurate with background and experience. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: ? Work with clients to develop and maintain strong relationships. They may also connect with key business executives and stakeholders. ? Will be the main/first point of contact for assigned clients/region. ? Identify new business opportunities among existing clients. ? Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients. ? Monitor accounts and ensure client satisfaction. ? Partner with internal recruiting team to ensure client staffing needs are shared and fulfilled. ? Prepare and present reports on account performance. ? Provide feedback to help management team understand client needs to boost satisfaction, gain trust, and increase repeat business. ? Collaborate with business development team to respond to new RFP?s within account manager?s region/accounts. Competencies ? Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management). ? Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. ? Strong time management abilities, with proven aptitude for remote work. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ? Proficiency in listening skills, negotiation and problem-solving. ? Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time. Minimum Education/Certification ? 4-year degree or equivalent experience. Minimum Experience ? 3+ years? experience in healthcare account management. ? Travel nurse industry preferred. ? VMS account management experience preferred. ? Federal/state government experience is preferred. ? Working knowledge/competency in Microsoft Office suite.
