Duties

? Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall service quality.
? Communicate clearly with customers, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
? Handle sales inquiries and promote products when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
? Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in Spanish or other languages as needed.

Requirements
? Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
? Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell when necessary.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
? Ability to analyze situations quickly and make informed decisions.
? Proficient in data entry and comfortable using various computer systems to manage customer information.
? Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
? Ability to remain calm under pressure while handling challenging customer interactions.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
