Home Based Live Chat Support (Non-Voice / Entry Level)

What you will be doing: As a live chat support specialist, you will handle incoming customer inquiries via email and live chat. Your main task will be to assist customers with their concerns and ensure they utilize our services effectively, enhancing their overall satisfaction and loyalty.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements:
Must have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection.
Basic English writing skills are necessary.
Skills/Background Needed:
No previous experience in live chat support required; full training will be provided.
Ability to work independently and manage chat interactions professionally.
Availability to work flexible hours.
Location: This is a remote position, ideally suited for candidates in the United States but open to applicants worldwide.
