Key Responsibilities
? Manage a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat.
? Deliver precise information regarding products and services via chat interactions.
? Schedule appointments by discerning customer needs.
? Cultivate and update a knowledge base reflecting our constantly evolving products and services.
? Record customer contact details for lead generation and subsequent client follow-up.
? Summarize chat interactions based on customer requirements for client evaluation.

Required Skills
? Exemplary customer service skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
? Strong decision-making and analytical acumen.
? Fluent English proficiency, both spoken and written.
? Basic proficiency in internet and window-based computer applications.
? Fast typing skills, ideally at least 35 WPM.
? Ability to multitask effectively, with gaming experience viewed as advantageous.
? Positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions.

Qualifications
? Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive sector is preferred, yet not mandatory.
? A minimum typing speed of 35 WPM is required; 40 WPM or higher is preferred.
? High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification is necessary.
? Experience in an office setting, customer interaction, call center, or similar customer service role is preferred, with at least 2 years of experience.
? Must successfully pass a background check.
