IT Business Systems Analyst

Remote Full-time
Analyzes business procedures and recommends improvements to align systems and solutions with organizational goals. Collaborates with stakeholders, documents requirements, identifies system issues, and partners with IT to implement and monitor solutions. Business analysis certifications like Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or IIBA’s Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) are beneficial, as is familiarity with project management methodologies. The primary responsibility of the Technical Product Analyst is to work within the Technology and business community to understand user and technical requirements. The analyst will partner with the engineering and architecture teams for the implementation and support of new integrations. This role is focused on Marketing Technology (including but not limited to Merkle, Adobe Analytics, Qualtrics and OneTrust etc.)Responsibilities:Coordination of technical bug fixes and enhancements across internal and external partners Center TextResponsible for understanding and articulating the impact of changes across Martech systemsCollaborate with other scrum teams to identify dependenciesProvide production support for technical issues (ie. Integrations, platform, etc)Debugging of data issues within Merkle CRM, Adobe Analytics, OneTrust, Qualtrics-VOC,etc.Team up with the cross functional teams to ensure all business requirements are being met Responsible for User Management/Access within specific Martech platformsPerforms maintenance and support tasksIdentifies and implements process improvements• Create and maintain documentation for internal processesQualifications:• 4+ years of experience working with Marketing Technology in an IT Support or Analyst RoleUnderstanding of data architecture and data integrationAbility to work independently or in a team environment and effectively meet project deliverables on timeMust demonstrate strong communication and team collaboration skillsExcellent problem solving, issue identification, analytical and technical documentation | skillsFamiliarity with debugging tools (ie.
