Hiring: Contract & Intellectual Property Protection Attorney - Contract to Hire

Circle of Success is seeking an experienced Business Attorney with deep expertise in contract law, intellectual property protection, non-compete / non-solicitation structuring, and confidentiality enforcement. Our company is rapidly expanding, and we are looking for a legal professional who can tighten, refine, and safeguard all of our contracts and internal legal frameworks to ensure our business model, systems, and proprietary processes are fully protected. We work in a competitive industry where protection of our proprietary information, client relationships, sales systems, and internal operations is of the highest importance. The ideal candidate will proactively strengthen our agreements and help Circle of Success remain secure from imitation, unauthorized use, or any attempt to replicate our proven model. Responsibilities The selected attorney will be responsible for: 1. Reviewing & Strengthening All Current Contracts Analyze existing agreements for vulnerabilities. Redraft contracts to ensure strong enforceability and legal clarity. 2. Creating Robust Confidentiality & Proprietary Information Protections Contracts must clearly prohibit: Copying or replicating Circle of Success’ business model, systems, or operations. Sharing, using, or benefiting from proprietary information. Stealing, exporting, or replicating processes, frameworks, or training materials. Keeping or distributing client lists, contacts, or internal sales systems. 3. Drafting Strong Non-Compete & Non-Solicitation Clauses Attorney must ensure: Contractors, clients, partners, or employees cannot work with or solicit our clients. No individual can create competing services based on our methods. All restrictions comply with applicable state and federal law. 4. Full Reinforcement of Ownership Rights Contracts must confirm: Circle of Success owns all rights to systems, materials, processes, intellectual property, and proprietary knowledge. Any materials created under the relationship belong exclusively to Circle of Success. All data, leads, and client relationships remain legally protected. 5. Sales Activity Transparency Requirements All contracts must include: Mandatory disclosure of any sales, transactions, or deals related to Circle of Success clients. Clear consequences for failure to disclose. 6. Enforcement Tools Draft legally tight frameworks allowing Circle of Success to: Issue cease-and-desist notices. Take immediate legal action for breaches. Include clearly outlined duties and consequences for misconduct. Qualifications We are seeking a lawyer who has: 5+ years of experience in contract law and intellectual property protection Proven experience drafting strong non-compete, non-solicitation, and confidentiality agreements A strong understanding of protecting business systems, coaching programs, digital products, and service-based intellectual property Exceptional attention to detail and ability to foresee contractual risks Ability to provide strategic guidance on long-term legal protection What Success Looks Like Circle of Success has airtight contracts that protect every aspect of our business.
